You really can’t take a bad image no matter how hard you try. During this time of the day, a few of the fountains are turned off so that there is a reflection in the pool. You will also see some wedding photographers bring their clients here to get the romantic atmosphere of the Lourve as a background.
To be honest most of Paris is like that. Parisians make almost everything romantic, it’s easy to fall in love with the city and the people. My week in Paris during fashion week was filled with work but it was so pleasant to be there, I did not realize I was working the entire time and it flew by like a breeze.
